This is the Creative Ping-Pong Project, where we were tasked with partnering with a student on a two different projects each and make something by passing of ideas to one another.
The first project I did with another student was to make a pixel art title card collaborating two video game characters, one from the game Pizza Tower, and another from Team Fortress 2. I started by making some initial sketches on the left, and then my partner bounced off their ideas on the right.
Then I used the pixel art program Aseprite to draw the characters on the left, followed by my partner adding details and the sandwich on the right.
Next off I added background details and a character on the left. Finally followed by text and extra details on the right, which became the final image.
The other project I did with a different student was to make a poster advertising the video game Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Once again I started by drawing some drafts pictured on the left, followed by the pictures on the right given by my partner.
Then I made a simple poster on pictured on the left, followed up by my partner making in the picture on the right, adjusting images, making vector art, date, and a price.
Next off I further adjusted the images, added shadows, text, and adjusted colors. Finally my partner finished up by adjusting more colors and text.
